By placing an order with Miami Chic Balloons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that once confirmed, all sales are final.

Orders & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 business days prior to your event.

• By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

• The initial deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, you may reschedule your event within one year, using the same theme, subject to our availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the event and are subject to availability.

Weather Policy

• We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations or damages. Please consider weather conditions when booking outdoor events.

Rental Property & Damages

• All rental items remain the sole property of Miami Chic Balloons.

• The client is 100% responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items during the event.

• Any damaged or missing items will be billed to the client at full replacement cost.

balloon Care & Lifespan

• Air filled latex balloons typically last up to 3 days, and foil balloons may last up to 7 days, depending on conditions such as temperature, handling, and placement.

• We are not liable for any damage or deflation once the balloons leave our care, especially if the client opts for pick-up.

Pick-Up Orders

• Clients who choose to pick up their arrangements are responsible for ensuring safe transportation and adequate vehicle space.

• We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit or setup after pick-up.

Allergy Notice

• It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any latex allergies that should be considered in the design or arrangement.

Delivery & Address Accuracy

• Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of booking. An incorrect address may result in additional delivery fees.

Photography & Social Media

• We may take photographs of the final setup for use on our website and social media.

• If you do not consent to photos of individuals (including clients or guests), please let us know in writing. Otherwise, we will only post images of the setup itself.

Safety Warning

• Balloons can pose a choking or suffocation hazard, especially to children under 8 years old.

• Adult supervision is required. Keep deflated or broken balloons out of reach of children and pets, as they may accidentally ingest or choke on balloon pieces.

• Always dispose of damaged balloons responsibly.

• Do not release balloons into the air, as this can harm the environment and may violate local regulations
